Our interpretation of South Germany's classic wheat beer is made with malts imported from Germany and fermented with traditional yeast that imparts distinctive clove and banana flavors. All this makes for a very refreshing, slightly tart and fruity beer.
Golden Ale

ABV: 4.2% OG: 11.5°p IBU: 20.4
Our lightest beer is an American brewpub-style ale with one foot in Prague. Made exclusively with traditional Czech Pilsner malt and Saaz hops. It's crisp and refreshing with a slight bready note and has a distinctive floral hop character. A good accompaniment to food and yet very session-able on it's own!

CEO

With over 24 years of experience driving success across diverse industries, Ashish brings a wealth of expertise in scaling businesses and fostering innovation. Most recently, Ashish served as President at UrbanPiper, where he spearheaded global revenue growth and operations. Prior to that, as the CEO of Chili's Grill & Bar, he successfully expanded the brand to 15 new locations across South and West India.

Ashish’s career also includes leadership roles at Ninjacart, CloudKitchens, Bunge, Accenture, and HCL, where he played a pivotal role in shaping strategic direction and operational excellence.

Ashish holds an MBA from IIM Lucknow and a BE from Delhi College of Engineering. Outside of work, he enjoys honing his culinary skills for his 11-year-old daughter and keeping up with the latest films.

Vikash Prasad

Vikash Prasad is an alumnus of The Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development. He began his career as a Chef with The Oberoi, later holding leadership roles across India, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and the U.S. He has worked with renowned brands like The Oberoi, One & Only, Shangri-La, IHG, The Leela, and Marriott.

Vikash has received accolades such as Times Food Chef of the Year, F&B Professional of the Year and has hosted the prestigious Chaîne des Rôtisseurs Annual Gala Dinners. Outside of work, Vikash enjoys outdoor sports, watching movies, and exploring offbeat destinations.
Brinder Narula

Global Culinary Director

Michelin Star Chef Brinder Narula is the new Global Culinary Director at Total Environment Hospitality. A New Delhi native, Chef Brinder’s passion for cooking was inspired by his grandmother, with further training at IIHM and The Oberoi School of Hotel Management. He has held key roles at The Oberoi Group, Vama in London, and Michelin Star restaurants like Trishna, Gymkhana, and Benares in London. He’s also appeared on UKTV's Food Channel and worked as a yacht chef during the 2018 Monaco Grand Prix. Chef Brinder’s culinary focus is on fresh, seasonal ingredients, and he enjoys traveling, music, and fixing things in his spare time. We’re excited to have him bring his expertise and passion for food to our kitchens!

American IPA

A throwback to the 90s American IPA featuring a blend of Columbus, Cascade, Centennial, Amarillo, and Centennial Salvo™ hops, imparting flavours of pine needles, fresh cut grass, raw mango peepls, ripe melon, and grapefruit pith. The addition of crystal malt lends a deep golden hue, with a subtle sweetness harmonizing the hop bitterness. It's medium bodied and moderately carbonated.

Honey Citrus Blonde

Made using real wildflower honey, our Honey Citrus Blonde is a traditional Blonde Ale featuring a floral bouquet and the unmistakable aroma of fresh orange zest. The flavour follows the nose with a nice citrusy sweetness cut into by a crisp, lager-like finish.

American Amber Ale

Brewed with Amber and Caramel malts, this beer showcases a depth of malt flavours reminiscent of light caramel, cotton candy, and toasted bread accompanised by piney and orange marmalade flavours from the combination of Summit, Amarillo, and Cascade hops. On the palate, it’s malty in balance with a moderate bitterness leading into an off-dry finish.
