Synopsis: The Tapi Project returns to Windmills Craftworks as part of their Ud Jayega Tour. Their musical journey spans 30 countries, 400 performances, and countless stories. Much like the river they’re named after, their music flows freely across borders and genres, blending earthy Indian roots with global influences.

Formed in 2014, the band’s sound grew organically — unhurried, unboxed, and deeply human. Each song carries traces of their travels, their reflections, and their belief that difference can be unifying. With poetic songwriting and simple yet stirring compositions, The Tapi Project invites listeners to flow with them — to drift, to feel, and to rise.

Synopsis: O Gaanewali is a unique musical celebration of the women who defined, popularised, and immortalised genres like Thumri, Dadra, Ghazal, Chaiti, Hori, and more. These women, known as gaanewalis, carried an unparalleled legacy of artistry and emotion, shaping Hindustani semi classical music history.

The show revisits their timeless contributions, blending history, performance, and storytelling into one wholesome experience.

Curated and written by Avanti Patel, and directed by Mallika Singh and Meghana AT, the show is a heartfelt ode to legendary performers such as Gauhar Jaan, Begum Akhtar, Iqbal Bano, Shobha Gurtu and several women artists after them.

Ashish
Saxena
CEO
With over 24 years of experience driving success across diverse industries, Ashish brings a wealth of expertise in scaling businesses and fostering innovation. Most recently, Ashish served as President at UrbanPiper, where he spearheaded global revenue growth and operations. Prior to that, as the CEO of Chili's Grill & Bar, he successfully expanded the brand to 15 new locations across South and West India.

Ashish’s career also includes leadership roles at Ninjacart, CloudKitchens, Bunge, Accenture, and HCL, where he played a pivotal role in shaping strategic direction and operational excellence.

Ashish holds an MBA from IIM Lucknow and a BE from Delhi College of Engineering. Outside of work, he enjoys honing his culinary skills for his 11-year-old daughter and keeping up with the latest films.
Vikash
Prasad
COO
Vikash Prasad is an alumnus of The Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development. He began his career as a Chef with The Oberoi, later holding leadership roles across India, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and the U.S. He has worked with renowned brands like The Oberoi, One & Only, Shangri-La, IHG, The Leela, and Marriott.

Vikash has received accolades such as Times Food Chef of the Year, F&B Professional of the Year and has hosted the prestigious Chaîne des Rôtisseurs Annual Gala Dinners. Outside of work, Vikash enjoys outdoor sports, watching movies, and exploring offbeat destinations.




Brinder
Narula
Global Culinary Director
Michelin Star Chef Brinder Narula is the new Global Culinary Director at Total Environment Hospitality. A New Delhi native, Chef Brinder’s passion for cooking was inspired by his grandmother, with further training at IHM and The Oberoi School of Hotel Management. He has held key roles at The Oberoi Group, Vama in London, and Michelin Star restaurants like Trishna, Gymkhana, and Benares in London. He’s also appeared on UKTV's Food Channel and worked as a yacht chef during the 2018 Monaco Grand Prix. Chef Brinder’s culinary focus is on fresh, seasonal ingredients, and he enjoys traveling, music, and fixing things in his spare time. We’re excited to have him bring his expertise and passion for food to our kitchens!

Bartender
The Bartender is the embodiment of service. There is no request too extreme and no attitude you can't turn around. You love food, trying new things and helping our guests navigate our adventurous menu. You will be responsible for providing outstanding service to the guest before anything else. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our standards are met and passing on that standard to new hires. Everything we do from the moment we walk into our doors is about our guests.
Chef
Our Restaurant is looking to hire new cooks who will be responsible for preparing authentic, traditional and innovative dishes for our guests. Duties will include prepping meals by weighing, measuring, mixing ingredients, cooking meals, checking ingredients for freshness, and arranging & garnishing the dishes. You will also be in charge of ensuring that the kitchen and equipment are properly cleaned and maintained. To be successful in this job, you will need a thorough experience with hot and cold food preparation. Prior experience in a related position is helpful. All kitchen staff members will be cross-trained in multiple stations.
Server
As a server with Windmills Craftworks, you are the embodiment of service. You will be responsible for providing outstanding service to the guest before anything else. You will be ambassadors for guest experience while serving our guests in a friendly and efficient manner. You will also be expected to have a high knowledge level about our food and beverage offerings.
Guest Relations Executive
The GRE is a vital element to the success of the Restaurant. They are the first impression of the restaurant and must convey a warm and friendly welcome. Must be able to convey, often over the telephone the essence of how much we value the guest experience at Windmills Craftworks.
