RESERVATION OPT-OUT POLICY
At Windmills Craftworks, every reservation helps us plan service, seating, and the overall dining and listening experience. To ensure smooth operations and fair table availability, the following policies apply to all reservations made via our website or via phone call.

1. Communication & Marketing Opt-Out

By making a reservation, guests will receive essential service-related communication such as booking confirmations, reminders, or updates.

Marketing and promotional communication are optional.
Guests may opt out of promotional messages at any time by:
  • Clicking the Unsubscribe link in promotional emails
  • Clicking the Unsubscribe link in WhatsApp campaigns

Opting out of marketing communication does not affect your ability to make reservations or dine with us.


2. Reservation Confirmation & Arrival

  • Reservations are confirmed via email or SMS based on the contact details provided.
  • Guests are requested to arrive on time to ensure table availability.
  • Tables will be held for 10 minutes from the scheduled reservation time unless prior intimation is provided.

3. Cancellations

  • Cancellations can be made through the original booking channel or by contacting the outlet directly.
  • We request guests to cancel at least 2 hours in advance to allow us to accommodate other diners.
  • For group reservations (8 guests or more), cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance.
  • For larger group reservations (15 guests or more), advance paid is refundable only if the cancellation is made 72 hours prior.


4. No-Show Policy

A no-show occurs when a guest does not arrive and has not cancelled the reservation in advance.

Repeated no-shows may result in:
  • Restrictions on future reservations
  • Requirement of advance deposits for future bookings
  • Temporary or permanent booking limitations, depending on frequency

For ticketed performances, or large group bookings, advance deposits may be non-refundable in the event of a no-show.


5. Reservation Modifications

  • Changes to reservation time, date, or party size are subject to availability.
  • All modifications must be made via phone by contacting the outlet directly.


6. Table Allocation

  • A reservation guarantees a table, not a specific seating location.
  • Seating preferences will be considered wherever possible, subject to availability at the time of arrival.
